I'm renting a quiet room in Epsom, very sunny, with a large double bedroom (including a queen-size bed, desk, chair, and chest of drawers) and a double built-in wardrobe.
Available for occupancy on March 6th, we are looking for a female.
There is a bus stop and a subway station countdown close to the house.
Transportation is very convenient as it is a 5-minute bus ride to Newmarket and a 20-minute walk.
There is also a separate parking space.
I really like all my neighbors, so we have barbecues and badminton together in the summer.
The garden is as large as a tennis court :)
