Hello! We are looking for one person (female preferably) flatmate who would join us in our lovely house at Mokoia Road, Birkenhead in North Shore, Auckland. We are both Filipinas and working professionals. 

The 3BR house is sunny and spacious. It has timber floor, newly painted wall and a new HRV system. House is furnished by us. In front of new world and 1-2minutes walk to the bus stop. 

Ideal flattie would be a working professional or a student who enjoys occasional drink and movie, clean and tidy, responsible, and who pays rent on time. 

The bedroom is unfurnished but can provide a bed if needed. Room is reasonable size and can fit a double-size bed. Built-in wardrobe included. We’ll be moving into the house on the 14th October so looking for someone who can move the next few days. 

Move in date is 16th to 21st October. 

Move in costs: 1 week security deposit ($240) and 1 week rent in advance ($240). Rent includes power, water, and internet — reasonable usage.

Sorry no pets and no smokers allowed.
