✨Sunny and warm room available in Birkenhead! (≧∀≦) ✨ 

We have just signed a lease for this huge place in Birkenhead from the 7th of August. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges so more than enough space for you to have your own space. If you are someone that needs a bit more room, there is the master bedroom that is the only bedroom located in the second floor that you can also choose (rent $260)! 

This place is a two minute drive from central Birkenhead shops and a 1 minute jog away from the supermarket????! You will be living with one guy and two girls and we are a chill bunch that loves loves loves to eat and play lots of tennis, eat yummy food, play cards and board games (if you like any of these things you will fit right in!!). 

We pretty much have all the flat goodies (washing machine, cooking stuff etc.) you need so you’ll just need to bring yourself and things for your bedroom. Looking for a tidy and easy going person  who can fit into our flat family :)) 

Accessible location: bus stop 2 minute walk away + motorway 10min drive away. 

Unfortunately because we have not moved in yet we cannot do viewings nor do we have pics of all the rooms. 

Cost: $237 per week + expenses (or $260 for larger master bedroom)

Bond: 4 weeks rent
