1. Westlake boys and girls school, Takapuna Grammar. Walk to schools, bus, Milford, Takapuna and supermarket.

2. Two bedrooms,1 lounge,1 bathroom,1 kitchen, 1 laundry. Back unit quiet(another one next door both own entrance yard).2 parks. Excluding furniture. Pet negotiable.

3. Lounge, kitchen and bathroom are Not big, but elegant. Plenty storages. Lounge has sun porch.

4. Two double bedrooms. Bigger room can hold King size bed. Smaller room can hold double bed, but king single bed will leave more space.

5. Under renovation. The building team does not allow anyone to be around, so I can only tell you the rough location (not accurate) and I can text you once it is ready for open home. All furniture are tenants and some are different from photos.

6.Estimate available date for visit is 18 Jan. 2020, for move in is 25 Jan. 2020.

If you want to speak Korean and want to get to know me,I have a Chinese-Korean mixed family friend can talk to you. Her family knows me for 10 years, so she knows I am a nice person to deal with.
