Flat located in CBD, the Metropolis Apartments, 1 minute walking to Britomart, 7 minutes to 24/7 Countdown. You will also have access to swimming pool with jacuzzi (you can take a hot bath every day and don’t see it on your water-bill ha-ha :), sauna and gym in the building.

We are married couple 30 yo student male and middle 20 female. We are glad to chat but respect private space.

Rent: 240 (Internet and cold water are included) + power and hot water will split between 3 tenants (4-7 dollars per week)

3 weeks bond (negotiable).
