communal lounge with table tennis, darts, TV, DVD player and internet
available as. The well-presented grounds are very tidy and well maintained
with paths and a playground for the young ones.
Additionally there are 20 tent sites and 12 powered sites with dumping
station for campervans.
3. Four Square Supermarket Building & Sections - 71 Main Road (퍼스케어 슈퍼마켓 빌딩과 빅 섹션)
71 Main Road is leased to the four-square supermarket owner and 67, 69
& 73 is adjoining vacant commercial sections with a three bedroom home
attached.
4. House & Shed - 5 McFeely Street (별채 주택과 셰드)
Completing the package is a beautiful large family transportable home with
a joinery shed built in 2008.
