Spot X Cleaning offers a great franchise opportunity! We are a well-established commercial cleaning company with an excellent reputation based in Auckland.
We have two cleaning franchise opportunities as below.
Franchise Option 1. Start-up Cost $12,500 Including GST and Equipment
* The below three sites will not be sold individually.
Site 1: Office in Takanini (Monthly income $598)
Monday and Thursday after 6pm, Cleaning takes 50 minutes for 2 cleaners
Site 2: Office in Panmure (Monthly Income $347)
Monday only after 5pm, Cleaning takes 40 minutes for 1 cleaner
Site 3: Commercial property in East Tamaki (Monthly Income $1,495)
Monday to Friday (5 days /week) after 5pm, Cleaning takes 40 minutes for 2 cleaners *Starting from April
* Annual turnover in total $29,280.00 including GST.
Franchise Option 2. Start-up Cost $8,395.00 including GST and Equipment
1 Site: Hobsonville – Monthly Income $1,395
Everyday (Monday to Sunday), Cleaning takes 20 minutes for one cleaner
* Annual turnover $16,740.00 including GST
