· Located at the office building area in the Auckland Central Business District.
· Have served Sushi and Don-Buri for over 10 years in the same location.
· Customers are mainly high-end individuals and office workers.
· Difficult for new competitors to set up business in the vicinity.
· Current business hours are Monday to Friday during the lunch hours but the business hours can be extended for dinner business.
· Restaurant is currently run by an on-site manager, does not require the owner of the restaurant to be involved in day to day running of the restaurant.
· The total floor space is about 200m2, consisting of large kitchen area, storage area, freezer/fridge, office, employee room and a car park for one vehicle.
· Extra 11.62m2 shop available outside.
· The monthly rent is $9,466.49 only (includes building management fee and GST).
· Annual sales figure for the last 6 years is in the range of $670,000-$730,000.
