Canterbury Police investigations are continuing following an unexplained death of a female in her 30’s yesterday morning (12 July 2015).
The death has been referred to the Coroner who will determine the cause of death. No further details will be released until formal identification and the process to inform next of kin has been completed.
Detective Senior Sergeant David Harvey says “Police are undertaking ongoing inquiries on behalf of the Coroner. A post mortem will be conducted today and Police hope to complete a scene examination later today.”
No further comment will be made at this time
