There is also an online tool to help you work out if you need a consent and new tailored services will deliver the right level of support to suit the specific needs of each project.
This includes a new streamlined process to deliver straightforward consents for things like decks and garages within 10 working days.
Improvements to this service will continue to be rolled out over the next 12 months.
