Billy's a confident, outgoing and energetic little fella

Billy’s our hero! If a confident, outgoing and energetic little fella is what you’re looking for in a dog, then look no further than Billy. His great food drive and zest for life will help with his ongoing obedience training - he has already learnt the basics including sit, shake and beg.

Billy appears to be comfortable in the company of his feline friends where the appropriate introductions have been made. His new home will need to be with an active family with children over the age of eight years, with someone willing to take him on daily walks of up to an hour. 

If your home sounds like the place for Billy, come and meet him today. He's a 2- to 3-year-old wire-haired fox terrier.

As Billy is over 6 months of age, he will cost $230 to adopt which includes micro-chipping, de-sexing, registration, worm and flea treatment. He will also have had his first vaccination and a vet check.

You will need to have a fully fenced section or a suitable containment area in order to adopt a dog from Auckland Council.
