On 7 May, Ambassador Hae-yong Kim hosted a dinner at his residence for members of the Korea-NZ Friendship Advisory Group.
They discussed the Korea-NZ FTA and ways to further extend substantive bilateral cooperation between Korea and New Zealand, in the fields of economy and culture, as well as film and tourism.
The dinner was attended by Melissa Lee MP, Peter Kennedy, former Ambassador to Korea, Eric Barratt, Chairman of the Korea-NZ Business Council, Prof. Stephen Epstein from Victoria University of Wellington, Michael Stephens, Convener of the Advisory Group, Adele Mason, Acting Executive Director at Asia-NZ Foundation, Simon Park, Senior Programme Administrator from Victoria University of Wellington and Des Vinten, President of Korean War Veterans Association in New Zealand.
