8월 20일 뉴질랜드의 커뮤니티에서는 새 확진자가 11명 발생했다.

이 중 8명은 오클랜드, 3명은 웰링턴에서 확진자가 나왔다.

확진자들이 방문한 장소는 보건부 웹사이트에서 확인해볼 수 있다. 새로운 확진자들이 나옴에 따라 매일매일 확진자 방문 장소는 업데이트되고 있는데, 확진자가 많아질 수록 방문 장소 또한 더 많아지며, 현재 보건부 웹사이트에는 여러 확진자들이 방문한 장소들을 날짜별로 정리해서 업데이트하고 있다. Click here!! ▶보건부 확진자 방문 장소 바로가기

정부사이트는 아니지만 새로운 확진자 방문 장소(Location of interest) 가 발표될 때마다 포스팅을 하는 트위터 계정은 twitter.com/NZCovidLOIs?s=20 이다. 트위터 이용자는 @NZCovidLois 계정을 팔로잉하여 새롭게 업데이트 되는 확진자 방문 장소를 트위터에서 바로바로 확인해볼 수 있다. 
 

오클랜드 커뮤니티 감염자 발생 후, 확진자 방문 장소에는 한인 동포들이 많이 갈 수 있는 알바니, 타카푸나, 글렌필드, 와이라우 벨리, 핸더슨, 매시, 버켄헤드, 버크데일 등에 분포해 있다.

특히 알바니 쇼핑몰, 글렌필드 쇼핑몰, 버켄헤드 하이브리 쇼핑몰, 팩앤 세이브 와이라우 매장, 카운트다운 글렌필드 매장, 카운트다운 버켄헤드 매장 등도 포함되어 있다.

오클랜드 대학, AUT, 아본데일 컬리지, 노스코트 컬리지 등의 학교에서도 확진자가 발생했다. 블록하우스베이의 유치원에서도 확진자가 나왔다.

오클랜드의 대중 교통인 기차나 버스를 이용한 시민 중에 확진자가 나오기도 했다.

오클랜드 시티 론 스트릿에 있는 팔선 한식당(Palsun 八仙 Korean Resturant)는 8월 13일 금요일 낮 12시 30분부터 오후 1시 30분까지 확진자가 방문했던 것으로 보여진다. 

퀸 스트릿에 있는 Won Sushi Donburi 에 8월 12일 목요일 낮 12시부터 오후 1시 사이에 확진자가 방문했다. 이 가게는 8월 11일 수요일 낮 12시부터 오후 1시 사이에도 확진자가 방문했다.

블록하우스베이 유치원(Blockhouse Bay Christian Kindergarten)에는 확진자가 8월 3일~17일까지 평일 등교일에는 방문한 것으로 나타나 있다. 블록하우스베이 커뮤니티 센터에도 확진자가 방문했다.

확진자 방문 장소에 같은 시간대에 있었던 사람은 즉시 자가 격리하고, COVID-19 검사를 받으며, 헬스라인에 전화하여 조언받는 것이 좋다. 확진자와의 밀접접촉자의 가족들도 자가 격리하고 검사받아야 한다.

델타 변종 바이러스의 높은 전파 속도를 생각하면 현재의 락다운 상황에서 규칙을 잘 지키고, 확진자 방문 장소를 확인하여 빠르게 대응하는 것이 바이러스 전파 확산을 막을 수 있는 길이다.

확진자 방문 장소 업데이트는 보건부 웹사이트에서 직접 확인해볼 수 있다. 최신 날짜 순으로 되어 있기 때문에 록다운 이전에 확진자가 방문했던 장소 등을 쭈욱 확인해보는 것이 좋다.

금요일에 오클랜드 이외 지역인 웰링턴에서도 3명의 확진자가 발생함에 따라, 웰링턴 지역의 확진자 방문 장소도 업데이트되었다. 날짜가 지남에 따라 확진자 방문 장소는 더욱 늘어날 것으로 예상된다.
