To All Agents Who Refer Chefs for Level 4 Cookery Assessment

This is a reminder that the assessment for the National Certificate Cookery Level 4 will no longer be available after the end of this year. 

The last date we can record a chef completing the assessment is 31 December 2017 therefore in order for a chef to complete the assessment before 31 December 2017 they will need to enrol no later than 1 December.  Having said this we can only assess a certain number of chefs in New Zealand approved to do the assessment and he has a finite number of days available to do the cookery test.  Therefore if any chef thinking of doing this assessment please enrol and start the process as soon as possible otherwise miss out.
