We achieved the following over the 2015-2016 financial year

• 11647 people approved residence (approx. 23% of the Global Residence Programme delivered by Henderson)
• SMC timeframe for allocation to an IO reduced from 112 days to 46 days  
• Family residence have all streams of work inflow
• 2PCs are being completed within 3 working days
• Decided 20,705 temporary visa applications
• 22574 cups of coffee were consumed  
• 75 people visited our office during 10 adviser visits
• The office grew from approximately 70 to 98 staff
• Our counter closed in February which allowed for the redistribution of resources and greater productivity  
• We held 3 adviser seminars with an average of 260 attendees at each
