It's a small sunny room, single bed only. 

Separate toilet and shower box, and you only need to share them with 2 other flat mates.

2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance will be required.

FYI, we have one outdoor door dog and one indoor cat lived with us. Both are well trained and comforting :)
