Job Position: Export Operator

Aion Cargo Solutions Ltd is a comprehensive, professional and international logistic enterprise focusing on sea and airfreight transportation service, customs declaration service, domestic transportation, warehousing service and etc.

We want an Export Operator to join our fast paced and dynamic Export Team at AION CARGO SOLUTIONS AUCKLAND.

This is a pivotal role that assists in all facets of the day-to-day operating of the Export department in our Auckland Airport-based site.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the AION CARGO SOLUTIONS and learn all aspects of our Air and Ocean freight products from the best in the Industry.

The candidate will be responsible to:

• As part of the export team, be responsible for the cargo movement from local to overseas.

• Be responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork, cooperate with other parties to ensure

  it’s all legal and legitimate.

• Provide customer service in a professional manner, be able to provide solutions.

• Report to export manager on regular basis, provide facts and suggestions on the clients ’/suppliers’ feedback

, workload, and workflow, etc.

• Work with a positive ‘can-do attitude and also with commercial sense.

• Negotiating with clients or handle issues with customs officials

• Following company health and safety policies and regulations, and all implemented

• Recording export goods with completed documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment, arranging bookings of freight space and keep track of shipment payments and quotas

Requirement:

• (Preferred but not essential) Experience using logistics-related software (Cargo wise)

– Training available for non- experience.

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

• Shipping Management relevant qualification preferred;

• Relevant work experience in the same industry is preferred;

• Customer service and negotiation skills to deal with the demands of overseas and local clients;

• Familiar with the legal requirements regarding exporting shipments, as well as company's

  internal procedures;

• Should also be confident with figures since you'll have to convert weights, volumes, and currencies

  for international shipments

• 수출팀 일원으로서 국내에서 해외로 화물이 이동하는 업무 담당
• 관련 서류 작성 및 완료, 관련 부서/업체와 협력하여 합법적이고 적법하게 진행 관리
• 전문적인 고객 서비스 제공, 문제 해결 및 솔루션 제시
• 수출 관리자에게 정기 보고, 고객/공급업체 피드백, 업무량, 워크플로우 관련 사실 및 제안 제공
• 긍정적인 ‘할 수 있다’ 태도와 상업적 감각으로 업무 수행
• 고객과의 협상 또는 세관 관련 문제 처리
• 회사 안전보건 정책 및 규정 준수
• 수출 화물 기록 관리, 서류 완료, 운송사 및 경로 할당, 국제 운임 계산, 화물 예약, 송장 및 지불 내역 관리

자격 요건:

• (선호 사항) 물류 관련 소프트웨어(Cargowise) 사용 경험 – 미경험자 교육 가능
• 뛰어난 구두 및 서면 의사소통 능력
• 운송 관리 관련 자격증 소지자 선호
• 동일 산업 내 관련 업무 경험 선호
• 국내외 고객 요구 사항 대응을 위한 고객 서비스 및 협상 능력
• 수출 관련 법규 및 회사 내부 절차 이해
• 국제 운송 업무 시 무게, 부피, 통화 변환 등 수치 처리 능력
