About the role
The role covers a smaller existing portfolio of properties which has been targeted for growth, particularly in the Korean market. Along with general BDM business, specific Korean BDM resource will be focused on feeding this portfolio. So, we are looking for an experienced, Korean-speaking property management specialist.
For the right candidate, there is the ability to treat the portfolio as your own 'business' to grow the portfolio size and/or revenue and therefore your earnings! There is ample opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to make this portfolio their own, and with a great property manager in place, Crockers highly effective BDM team will help portfolio growth. This portfolio covers mainly Auckland Central to West. Being fluent in the Korean language, both verbal and written, is a must for this role.
What we are looking for
If you are extremely organised and focused, with highly effective communication skills, have strong attention to detail and are looking to grow further in the property management industry, then this is probably the role for you. Being a strong team player, having a positive attitude, ambition and drive to succeed are musts for this role.
