바쁜 카페 업무와 직원들을 잘 관리가 가능하신 분을 찾고있습니다.

사장, 일하는 사람들, 손님들 모두 한국인이 아니기에 영어는 필수입니다.

모집 요건:

예의 바르고 전문적인 태도

커피 제조 가능자 (경험이 적어도 트레이닝 제공 가능)

오픈 및 마감 업무 가능자

주당 30–40시간 근무 가능자

주말 및 공휴일 근무 가능자 필수

고객 서비스 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수자

카페 업무 전반에 유연하게 협조 가능한 분

긍정적인 성격과 팀워크

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking person to fill a Manager/Barista role.

Ideal candidate will be someone who can effectively manage a busy café and its staff.

What we're looking for:

• Well-mannered and professional attitude

• Able to make decent coffee (training can be provided)

• Can confidently open and close the café

• Available 30–40 hours per week

• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Willingness to help with all tasks required in a café

• Positive attitude and good team spirit
