아시안 퓨전 테이크어웨이 & 다인인 레스토랑에서 경력 셰프를 찾고 있습니다.
저희는 한식, 일식, 중식을 접목한 퓨전 메뉴를 캐주얼하고 빠른 스타일로 제공할 예정입니다.
대표 메뉴로는 한국식 프라이드 치킨, 덮밥, 만두, 볶음 요리 등이 있으며,
몰 푸드코트처럼 빠르게 서빙되는 형태입니다.

We are hiring an experienced chef for a new Asian fusion takeaway and dine-in eatery,
located in the heart of Hanmer Springs, directly across from the famous Thermal Pools.
Our menu blends Korean, Japanese, and Chinese flavours in a fast-paced, casual style –
similar to food court service. Dishes include Korean fried chicken, rice bowls, dumplings, stir-fries, and more.

지원 자격 | What We’re Looking For

• 상업 주방 경력 2년 이상

• At least 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen

• 메뉴 구성 및 오픈 준비 경험자

• Able to help finalise the menu and assist in setup

• 한식 조리법 및 풍미에 익숙한 분

• Familiarity with Korean cooking methods and flavours

• 식품 위생 및 안전 기준 이해

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene

• 레시피를 정확하게 재현할 수 있는 분

• Can follow recipes consistently and with quality

• 자기 주도적이며 팀워크가 좋은 분

• Reliable, clean, self-motivated, and team-oriented
