Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant
Focus Kitchens Ltd is seeking a talented and professional Kitchen Cabinet Sales and Design Consultant to join our expanding company. With continued growth, we are looking for someone to be part of our dynamic team that values passion, collaboration, and a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·         Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

  ·         Design and sell kitchen solutions using CAD software

  ·         Conduct on-site consultations and showroom presentations

  ·         Collaborate effectively within our supportive team structure

About the Role:
As a Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant, you’ll proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities while managing your own schedule. Your role includes market research to understand local trends and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to strategically position our products. You’ll develop and implement client acquisition strategies to meet sales targets, guiding customers from concept to completion while delivering exceptional service. Maintaining knowledge of our manufacturing process allows you to provide informed updates and build client confidence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in kitchen cabinetry/design (preferred)

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

• Strong market awareness and customer-focused approach

• Self-motivated with commitment to excellence

• Valid driver’s license (essential for client meetings)
