Job Descriptions:

•As part of the Warehouse team, be responsible for coordinating cargo inwards and outwards of ACS and third-party contracted warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy.

•Be able to ensure the accuracy of invoices issuing

•Be responsible for arranging inwards, outwards, local cartage, sea freight LCL & FCL, and air freight transfer process.

•Be able to proficient in third-party logistics and relevant system usage.

•Be responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork and cooperating with other parties internally and externally to ensure it’s all legal and legitimate. 

•Keep effective and efficient communication with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

•Be able to negotiate with suppliers and manage to deal with difficult situations in order to meet timescales. (e.g., cut-off, special requirement)

•Provide customer service in a professional manner, and be able to provide solutions.

Requirement: 

• (Preferred but not essential) Experience using logistics-related software (Cargowise / CartonCloud) or any other type of ERP system regarding logistic operations.

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English. 

• Relevant work experience in the same industry is preferred;

• Good time management skills and well-organized individual
