We are looking for a Superstar to join our team at Kuddles at Home Childcare!!

Position: Admin and Marketing
Location: Albany, Auckland.
Type: Full-Time

 Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English 
• Positive attitude where no job is too big or too small 
• The confidence to work within the local and wider community 
• A team player who works well with others 
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn on the job 
• A high level of accuracy and organisational skills 
• Great telephone & written communication skills 
• Some marketing experience would be an added advantage 
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Canva and CRM software 
• Ability to learn new programs easily 
• No previous experience is required as on-the-job training will be given 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily communications with clients & staff members 
• Accurate data entry Arranging functions, excursions, promotional events & staff training 
• Assisting other members of staff with paperwork & documentation 
• General office duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc. 
• Helping to grow & develop the business through Digital Marketing and Social Media. 

MUST have NZ Residency / Permanent Residency and a full NZ driver's license.
