주말 쉬프트 (주말 근무자를 선호하지만 다른 요일 중 연속 이틀로 조율 가능)
9 am - 6 pm
경력 무관 (23.50/hr로 시작, 경력이 있으면 협의 가능)
일은 어렵지 않지만 대부분의 업무를 컴퓨터로 처리하기 때문에 기본적인 컴퓨터 사용 능력이 있으셔야 하고 영어로 손님과 직접 소통, 이메일, 전화 응대가 가능해야 합니다.

Working houres: 9am - 6pm on weekends(weekend shifts preferred, but open to any other two consecutive days)
Wage: Depending on experience from 23.50/hr
Required:
Computer literacy and communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to ensure effective reception operations maintaining quality customer service to the highest standard with competence to ensure all guest interactions creates a positive and professional standing and positioning of the motel.
Team networking and abilities to effectively liaise with our management team and departments to maintain the efficient operations within the motel.
Functional to the day to day running of the reception and administrative duties.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Duties:
Reservations for accommodation bookings and maintaining efficient reservation management.
Undertaking efficient and professional telephone, direct and written communications.
Guest Check-In and Check-out procedures.
Daily accounting procedures, banking, debtors, float and cashier balancing.
Group booking procedures.
General office and reception clerical tasks.
Looking after and responding to guests’ requirements and problem-solving issues.
Multi-tasking in general requirements pertaining to the successful operations of the business, guest experience and team operations.
