CNSST Foundation is seeking caring, motivated Youth Job Coaches to help
rangatahi (18–24) build confidence, develop employability skills, and
transition successfully into the workforce.

Relevant Backgrounds
This role may suit those with experience in youth work,
employment services, education, coaching, social services, or community
support.
Experience working with ethnic migrant communities, Māori or Pacific youth, or
fluency in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Hindi, or Pacific
languages is highly valuable.
