Our karaoke business based in Auckland CBD is hiring a shop assistant. Due to the nature of our business, candidates must be able to speak fluent Korean and English. The business hours are from noon until late at night, 7 days a week, with shifts split into two halves: the afternoon shift and the night shift. Night shifts are generally rotated among employees, so successful candidates must be able to accept night shifts and at least one weekend shift.

The work is easy and relaxed, with plenty of self-manageable time. We will provide full training and a flexible working schedule to suit your timetable.

Job duties include:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage customer wait list at busy hours and take messages as needed

• Ensure the drinks are well-stocked

• Maintain our premises in a clean and organized manner

• Process payments or manage cash transactions

• Monitor customers and ensure that security procedures are followed

• Respond to emergencies and follow protocols as necessary
