We are an Authorised Samsung Service Centre based in Albany, Auckland, specialising in the repair of Samsung products including Mobile Phones, Tablets, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Televisions, and more.
We are seeking a full-time In-House IT Developer / Programmer to maintain, enhance, and evolve our internal IT systems and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across development, systems, and general IT, and who takes ownership of end-to-end solutions.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
· Maintaining and improving existing internal systems
· Developing new features and tools to support business operations
· Ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and scalable as the business grows
· Working closely with different departments to understand and support their IT needs
This role covers both development and general IT, so a strong all-round technical foundation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
· Frontend and backend development
· API development and integration
· Working with HTML, iframes, and internal web tools
· Maintaining and supporting cloud-based PBX systems
· Troubleshooting and resolving IT hardware and software issues
· Managing servers, deployments, and system reliability
· Maintaining a high level of system security to protect company data
