Assistant Store Manager – Seoulmate Lynnmall

Location: LynnMall Food Court, New Lynn, Auckland
Hours: 30+ hours/week. Start $27.00 / hour (+ depending on experience)

Operating Hours

• Sat – Wed: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Thu – Fri: 9:00am – 9:00pm

• 2 days off / week
   

About the Role

Hands-on Assistant Store Manager role in a busy Korean food outlet.
You’ll be responsible for daily operations, food quality, and supporting the team on shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily operations (kitchen + front)

• Maintain food quality and consistency

• Handle customer service and resolve issues

• Assist with staff rostering

• Train and supervise team members

• Manage prep, stock, and food safety

• Opening/closing duties

• Maintain cleanliness and equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality experience (supervisor level preferred)

• Good English communication (essential)

• Able to handle busy service and solve problems

• Reliable, proactive, hands-on

• Leadership mindset

What We Offer

• $27.00 / hour ( + depending on experience)

• 30+ hours/week (flexibility required)

• 2 days off / week

• Most shifts finish by 6pm (except Thu & Fri - 9pm)
