- About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to start or further develop their career in Customs Brokerage.
You will support our Import and Export operations by assisting with customs clearance processes, documentation, and compliance requirements, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
- Key Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs (preferred but not essential) Experience with CargoWise would be beneficial Basic understanding of import and export procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and submission of customs entries Support senior brokers with documentation and compliance checks Monitor shipments and follow up on Customs or MPI holds Maintain accurate records and data entry in CargoWise Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
