Job Overview : The Marketing/Leasing Manager is responsible for developing and executing  comprehensive marketing strategies including real estate marketing, leasing operations, and brand partnerships 

Key Responsibilities 

·          JNJ  Real Estate Marketing and Leasing   

·          Market research, marketing strategy development and implementation for Skyworld Building     

·          Manage leasing activities, including negotiating lease agreements  

·          Establish brand partnerships and conduct promotions
