Job Recruitment: Property Assistant

Our company ( www.skyworld.co.nz ) operates various businesses including  JNJ Management, National Holdings Limited, Sky World Entertainment, Metrolanes  and is located in Auckland  CBD . ( 291-297 Queen Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010 ) 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules and assist with communications

• Prepare property and leasing documentation and support contract management

• Plan marketing initiatives and collaborate with external partners (advertising, promotions, etc.)

• Conduct research and prepare reports as directed by management

• Handle internal and external communications (English correspondence, meeting interpretation included)

Requirements

• Strong command of English (capable of writing professional emails/reports and interpreting in meetings)

• Experience in marketing or property industry (academic or professional background accepted)

• Excellent documentation and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills and a responsible, proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing, commercial building management, or marketing/brand management
