We are seeking an experienced Registered Architect and Senior Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in delivering architectural projects. The successful candidate will be capable of managing complete project workflows from concept design to construction documentation, with proven skills in client liaison, project scheduling, and coordination.

Core Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience delivering architectural projects

• Proven ability to execute complete project workflows from early design phase to construction documentation

• Demonstrated competence in direct client liaison, with strong project scheduling and coordination skills

Client Management Expertise:

• Communicate project brief, fee, scope of work, and establish agreements with clients

• Strong presentation skills for project negotiations and design reviews

• Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Professional Credentials:

• NZ Registered Architect license or LBP is a plus

• Comprehensive understanding of local building codes and consent processes

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
