Key Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a New Zealand institution, ideally in education

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (essential); other languages are advantageous but not required

• Proven experience in programme/student coordination and administration

• Knowledge of and experience with the New Zealand education system and requirements

• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum of one year of local work experience

• A positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A solid work ethic, professional demeanour, and reliability

• Strong computing skills (proficiency in Excel is essential)

• A full NZ driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
