저희는 하드 캡슐 및 타블릿 생산 기계의 경험있는 운영자를 찾고 있습니다.  

주 업무는 하드 캡슐, 타블릿 생산 기계의 운영, 모니터링, 설정, 유지보수 및 클리닝을 담당 합니다.

업무 상세 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

- 하드캡슐, 타블릿 생산 기계의 운영 

- 생산기계의 운영 요구사항을 따라야 합니다. 

- 주기적인 기계 관리 및 필요한 경우 기계의 설정 변경.

- 기계 결함 확인 및 결함 복구.

- 운영 절차에 명시된 표준에 따른 기계 유지.

- 운영 관련 일별 페이퍼 워크/체크리스트 관리.

- 작업 중 발생할 수 있는 위험의 제거 및 낮은 품질의 제품을 검사해 안전하고 건강한 작업 환경 유지.

- 안전 규칙, 표준 운영 절차, Good Manufacturing Practices에 맞도록 작업 수행.

지원 자격 요건은 다음과 같습니다.

- 워크 비자 및 영주 비자 및 시민권자.

- 최소 3년간의 하드캡슐, 타블릿 생산 기계 운영 경험이 있어야 합니다.

- 제약회사나 건강 기능 식품 제조사에서의 경험은 우대합니다.

- 서면 및 구두 절차 또는 지침을 이해하고 따르는 능력.

- 건강하신 분.

- 진실하고 믿을 수 있는 분.

- 할 수 있다는 태도의 긍적적인 팀원이 되어야 합니다.

- 품질에 관련해선 타협하지 않는 의지가 있어야 합니다.

- 멀티태스킹 업무에 능하고

- 문제 해결 능력이 강하신 분.

Machine Operator

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic machine operator, to carry out hard capsule or tablets production activities.

Position purpose

Responding for operating hard capsule or tablets equipment which involves set-up, running, monitoring, trouble-shooting and general cleaning of the plant.

Main tasks

Key responsibilities will include:

●       Following operational requirements.

●       Operating of hard capsule or tablets manufacturing equipment.

●       Doing routine maintenance and changeovers on machines when required.

●       Fault finding on machines and able to remedy faults on production equipment.

●       Maintaining housekeeping in accordance with Operational Standards set out in the Operational procedures.

●       Completing the Daily operational paper works/checklists.

●       Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment by eliminating hazards and taking the appropriate steps to eliminate any unsafe or poor-quality aspects.

●       Performing all duties in compliance with safety rules, standard operating procedures, and good manufacturing practices.
