- full time (주말 이틀 포함 주 40 ~50시간)
- 주요 업무 : 프렙, 요리, 서비스, 주문, 주방관리
- 활발하고 요리에 의욕 있으신 분
- 요리학교 학생 / 요리전공 환영

Responsibilities:
Head Cafe Chef – Take full responsibility for the effective operation of our cafe kitchen, ensuring effective delivery of high quality cabinet food and menu food, managing all food standards, health & safety requirements and working with the directors to maximise business efficiency and profit. Food planning, Food costing, Ordering and inventory, Monitoring and maintaining consistent food standards and quality, Staff leadership, Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Cafe Kitchen Operations and new product development (Diploma in Cookery preferred).
