## 회원 모집 안내
- 치매 주간 보호 센터는 치매 어르신들을 주간 동안 보호하고 다양한 프로그램을 제공하여 치매 증상의 악화를 방지하고 가족의 부담을 줄이는 곳입니다.
- 치매 주간 보호 센터에서는 치매 어르신들과 함께 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있는 회원을 모집합니다.
- 회원은 NSCA 등급을 받은 어르신 중 치매상병이 있거나 최근 2년 이내 치매진료 내역이 있는 어르신이면 누구나 신청할 수 있습니다.
- 회원은 월요일 10:00 ~ 14:00 사이에 원하는 시간에 이용할 수 있습니다.

## 회원 모집 방법
- 회원 모집은 2023년 12월 31일까지 진행됩니다.
- 회원 신청은 [연합 주간 센터 홈페이지]  에서 온라인으로 하실 수 있습니다.

- 회원 신청 후에는 센터에서 연락을 드리고, 계약서와 NSCA refferal 등을 제출하시면 이용을 시작하실 수 있습니다.

- To enroll in our dementia day care centre, you need to have a diagnosis of dementia and a referral from the Ministry of Health's Needs Assessment and Service Coordination service (NASC) ¹.
