389 Construction Limited (구 KNCC LIMITED, 대표: 허진우) 회사에 대한 청산을 신청하는 서류가 2023년 9월 19일자로 오클랜드 고등법원에 접수되었습니다. 공판은 오클랜드 고등법원에서 2023년 11월 3일, 오전 10시45분에 열릴 예정입니다.

이 공판에서 의견을 내고자 하시는 분들은 공판으로부터 최소 2 working day 이전에 "appearance" 서류를 제출하셔야 합니다.

Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

On 19 September 2023, an application for putting 389 Construction Limited (previously KNCC LIMITED; Director: Jin Woo Heo) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-2150. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 3 November 2023 at 10.45am. 

A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
