어제 저녁 한 페이스북 포럼에 어떤 한 인물이 오징어 사진을 올렸는데 이게 논란의 소지가 되고 있습니다.
Why?
연달아 3개의 사진을 올렸는데 총 합 무게가 무려 64.38kg..ㄷㄷ
그럼 여기서 문제.
64키로면 몇마리나 될까요??
대략 평균 마리당 600g을 잡는다고 해도 100마리가 넘어갑니다.
오징어는 제한이 없는데 뭐가 문제냐?와 오징어도 제한 있다!! 가 싸움의 소지가 됬습니다.
여려분들은 어떻가 생각 하시나요?
과연 오징어도 제한이 있을까요?
답은 사이즈 제한은 없지만 마릿수 제한은 있다 입니다.
그럼 그게 어디에 나와있냐? 난 본적 없는데? 하시는분들이 대부분일꺼라 생각 합니다.
지인분께서 피셔리한테 문의해본결과 몰러스크종 오징어 / 문어 등등 finfish 가 아닌 모든 생물은 shellfish 로 침.... 오클랜드에서는 뭐든 리밋이 없다라고 찍혀있지 않은이상 50마리가 리밋 이라고 합니다.
물론 혼자가 아니고 여러명이서 저만큼 잡았다 하면 문제될 일은 없습니다. 하지만 혼자였다면 엄연한 불법 행위였다는점.
낚시 사랑방 분들도 이점 유의해서 건전한 낚시 문화를 실천 하는 모습 기대합니다.

Hi there,
Sorry for the confusion. The answer that your friend was sent was not complete.
What it should have said was that echinoderm, molluscs and crustaceans are all included in the definition of “shellfish”.
This means that squid, octopus, and sea cucumber are all counted in the daily bag limit for “other species” of shellfish.
The daily bag limit for “other species” is 50 total.
For example:
Each person could take 50 squid, 0 octopus, 0 sea cucumber; or
10 squid, 25 octopus and 15 sea cucumber; or
0 squid, 20 octopus and 30 sea cucumber etc
Any combination that adds up to 50 total.
Other shellfish that do not have a specified bag limit like shrimp, catseyes, periwinkles, limpet, freshwater crayfish are all included in this daily combined limit of 50 as well.
