Delivery, Exchange and Returns
The items are shipped from Merchants.
Delivery times and costs are set by Merchants and, therefore vary depending on which Merchant you are buying from. After placing your order, you will be able to track its progress on my account which will either display the progress of your order, or provide a link to the relevant carrier’s site (on which you can check your order’s progress).
You are eligible for a complete refund if the product has been damaged or is not the one you have ordered. You will be considered as having accepted the products unless you have notified us within 5 days after receipt of the products.
Not applicable for items that have restrictions and exceptions resulting from New Zealand Copyright laws and health and safety issues. That means a refund or exchange is only available for the following products if that product is defective:

Refunds for the cases stated above are only accepted on the condition that labels and tags are intact and the products have not been in use. You must return the free gift (if received) in its original condition along with your returning item in order to be eligible for a refund.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold on k-shop (www.nzkoreapost.com, shop.nzkoreapost.com) websites. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the Seller has the obligation to repair, replace or refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
You may cancel your order before the item of your purchase has been dispatched from Merchants. Once your item has left Merchants, your order is not subject to cancellation.
Promotional items including daily deals cannot be cancelled once a purchase has been confirmed.
