In 2019 Company Sales & Acquisitions a business brokerage established in 1989 merged with Clyth MacLeod Business Sales. This was a synergistic move for us, we combined the 30 years history and expertise of CSA  with that of the 47 years of CML and this has now allowed us to focus on businesses of all types and size and we enjoy the successes we are accomplishing. on larger transactions.


Our three divisions are; Food & Beverage, General Business Sales selling businesses of all types under $1 million in value and Company Sales & Acquisitions, businesses $1 million to $20 million.

Important to us is our commitment to you to strive to retain confidentiality on your business.  Whilst we agree there may be some businesses that having their name and identity out in the market place could be advantageous, generally we don't recommend this.  Your staff, customers and competitors knowing you are for sale may well put pressure on you to sell faster and this may not necessarily help you achieve your desired price for the business.
