We need to get in touch with you about a transaction you recently made using Ping, our instant payment system.
To ensure a safe trading experience we'd like to ensure the card holder has permitted their card to be used for this transaction. To verify the payment please contact us with the four character alpha-numeric reference displayed on the card's bank statement.
To retrieve the reference, the card holder will need to log into their internet banking or contact their bank by calling the phone number on the back of the credit/debit card. The reference will be displayed in their bank statement as part of the purchase details for that transaction.
Simply reply to this email with the reference, or give our credit card team a call on 0800 334 332.Please note that until we have verified the payment it will be on hold. PayPal로 결제할 때도 처음에 이런 절차를 거치던데, Ping도 비슷한 모양이군요..... 먼저 이 메일이 트레이드미 또는 Ping에서 온 메일임이 확실하시죠?.... 일단 인터넷 뱅킹으로 로긴하시고 card statement를 보시면 아마 어제나 오늘 날짜로 뭔가 청구된게 있을겁니다. 그 detail을 보면 네글자로 된 reference가 있을 듯 하구요... 그 네 글자를 메일로 회신하시면 본인 확인 절차가 완료된다는 뜻입니다. 그 전까지는 지네들이 돈을 홀딩하고 잇겠다는 뜻이구요.... 잘 모르시겠으면 전화해 보시면 될 듯 하구요....
