폭우 피해로부터 빠른 복구와 정서적 육체적 건강함으로 예전의 일상을 맞이 하실 수 있기를 바라면서 CNSST Foundation에서 MSD( as the Community Connector of MSD)와 협력하여 폭우 피해로 인한 긴급 지원 무료 서비스를 알려 드립니다.

• Assistance in applying for government financial support e.g. Civil Defence Payments, Financial Support from Work and Income, food parcel, CCS Fund. 폭우 피해로 재정적인 어려움이 있는 경우 긴급 식료품 제공과 실질적인 도움을 요청해 드릴 수 있으며

• Assistance in finding Emergency Housing and Accommodation  긴급하게 숙박시설이 필요한 경우 장소를 찾을 수 있게 도와 드리며

• Assistance with Insurance and lodging a claim - CNSST provides assistance in referring you to MBIE with your insurance claims. If you don’t have a house insurance, referral will be made to the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) Welfare Team. 보험이 있는 경우 청구할 수 있게 도와 드리거나 보험이 없는 경우에 EOC에 도움을 요청해 드리며 

• CNSST Social Work and Mental Wellbeing Support -Individual professional and confidential social work and counselling support is available, accessible and free, provided by the CNSST Social Work and Counselling Team with a registered social worker or counsellor including the support for the Flood-related mental health, stress management, family relationships, etc. 폭우 피해로 인해 여러가지 정서적 경제적인 어려움이 생겼을 경우 등록된 카운셀러와 등록된 사회복지사가 비밀보장과 함께 무료로 도움을 드립니다. 비자 상관없습니다.

• Multi-language Support Services English, Greek & Mongolian: Mandarin & Cantonese: Shanghainese: Korean: Malay, Hokkien & Hakka: 여러 언어로 도움을 받으실 수 있습니다.
