뉴질랜드 커뮤니티 이벤트 Overload NZ Comic + Manga Convention은  만화/아니메를 사랑하는 팬과 아마츄어 아티스트 (동아리)를 위한 행사로, 250명의 아티스트, 코스플레이어, 아니메 상품 가게, 노점 음식점이 한자리에 모인 연례 행사 입니다. 코스플레이 대회, 아니메 노래자랑등 다양한 이벤트뿐만 아니라 일본에서 오신 저명한 애니메이션 감독 , 일본현직성우와 전문 코스플레이어들의 스테이지 이벤트가 열립니다. 이 이벤트는 자원 봉사자로 구성된 오버로드 커미티가 주관하고 있지만 약 4500명이 참가는 이벤트라 당일에는 더 많은 봉사자가 필요합니다. 꼭 만화에 관심이 없으시드라도 관계 없으니 도와주실 수 있으시면 연락주세요.

지원 조건은

1. 나이가 18세 이상이거나 18세 미만인 경우는 부모의 동의하에 지원가능

2. 오버로드의 커미티나 다른 봉사자들과 연락이 가능하게 핸드폰을 소지

3. 행사당일 용의가 단정하여야 합니다. (자원 봉사자는 코스프레를 금합니다.)

하는 일

9월 28일 금요일

행사장 내의 스테이지 준비나 디스플레이, 전시장에 도움을 주시는 일. 다음날 이뤄지는 행사에 필요한 물품을 나르고 셋업하는일을 하게 됩니다. 이날 일은 오전 9시에 시작하여 오후 5시에 끝나게 되리라 예상됩니다.

9월 29일 토요일

행사일에는 여러가지 일들을 도음을 주기를 요합니다.

• 오버로드 참석자들이나 손님들에게 손목티켓을 부착하는 일

• 이벤트장 관리

• 출입구에서 손목의 티켓이 유효한지를 확인

• 무대 보조원

• 주차및 차량안내

• 행사후 뒷정리 및 관리

• 그외에 기타 활동

행사일에는 오전 8시에서 오후 8시사이에 휴식시간등을 제외하고는 최소 6시간을 봉사해주시는것으로 예상되어지고 자원봉사자들에게는 충분한 휴식과 또한 이벤트를 즐기시기 위한 시간을 드리고자 교대 근무를 배정하고 있습니다.혹시 본인께서 보고 싶은 이벤트나 특정시간에 휴식을 원하시는 경우에는 신청서에 세부사항을 기재하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Overload Volunteers

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers for helping out with Overload!

Volunteer Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older, or have the permission of a parent/guardian.

• You must have a mobile phone to liaise with the committee and other volunteers.

• You need to be dressed tidily on the day. Unfortunately, cosplaying is not okay as you will need to wear a high visibility vest.

Roles

Friday (28th September)

We require volunteers to help us with the setting-up of the venue including sponsor/artist tables, stage equipment and any displays or exhibitions.

We expect you to be available to assist with set-up at The Cloud from 9:00am until 5:00 pm.

Saturday (29th September)

We require volunteers to help us with numerous activities throughout the day:

• Assisting with the tagging of overload attendees with appropriate wristbands.

• Assisting with event floor management.

• Checking for valid wristbands at the doors.

• Stage assistants.

• Clean-up and pack-out crew.

• Directing traffic.

• Other miscellaneous activities.

We expect you to be available for at least 6 hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Volunteers will be allocated to shifts to allow plenty of time for breaks and to enjoy the event. If you wish to see a specific event or require a break at a specific time, please include the details in the application form.
